Do I need to book?

Yes please. We advise booking 2-3 weeks in advance to make sure you get your preferred time, especially late nights and weekends!


Can I change my appointment time?

Yes, no problem but please give us at least 24 hours notice. Please call us on 09 378 9696.


What is your booking policy?

A deposit is required to secure all bookings. When you book online, you will be asked to pay 50% of your total treatment fee before your appointment can be booked. When booking over the phone, you will need to provide us with a credit card or gift voucher number, and we will apply a 50% deposit.


If for any reason you need to change or cancel your appointment.

24 hours notice is required for appointments up to two hours in duration.
48 hours notice is required for appointments of two hours or longer.

In fairness to all clients if you fail to meet your appointment or cancel within the above times a fee amounting to 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. (gift vouchers will be redeemed). In the case of prepaid series, the treatment will be forfeited, and you will not be able to use this treatment at a later date.
If the appropriate notice is given, your deposit will either be held for your next booking or completely refunded to you.

Will I be charged if I cancel my appointment?


When should I arrive and what if I am late?

 

It is best to arrive ten minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to breathe, chill and get ready for your me-time. We need to keep on schedule out of respect for all clients time (yours too), so if you are late, we still need to finish at the time booked so that our next client is not inconvenienced. As we appreciate that your time is valuable to you, we have included times beside each treatment to give you an indication of the total time you will need to allow for your visit – these include change time.

Do you cater for men?


Yes, we’ve partnered with AfterPay so you can start your treatment plan and purchase products now and pay for them in four fortnightly interest free payments. Just download the Afterpay mobile app and create an account to get started. (Only available for transactions of $100.00 or more).

Do you offer payment plans?


Yes! All our regular treatments are available in pre-paid series of 3 or 6 treatments. For a series of 3, you buy 2 treatments and get the 3rd half price. For a series of 6, you buy 5 treatments and get the 6th for free. These series are great value for regular waxers or to help you on your way to healthier skin with regular treatments.

Can I save money by purchasing multiple treatments in advance?


Sometimes we reserve the right to do this as technology and treatments evolve, however, if you have booked and paid for a specific treatment we will honour this, including valid gift vouchers. All prices include GST.

Can prices change?


We welcome Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, Amex or Diners and Johnny Cash.
